Register for Summer Horsemanship Sessions!
Spend your summer learning about horses, riding, making new friends, and having fun!

Every summer, we offer Summer Horsemanship Sessions (SHS), beginning in June, and consisting of 10 1-week sessions, however, due to COVID-19, this summer we will be offering five 2-week Summer Horsemanship Sessions. Our horsemanship sessions run from 9:00am to 12:00pm, Monday through Friday. Riders will spend time caring for their horse or pony (assigned at the start) and will complete a variety of tasks ranging from cleaning stalls to feeding and grooming. They will also participate in a group riding lesson based upon their riding ability, and finish off the day with a fun and engaging horsemanship activity. SHS offer riders (ages 6+) from different levels the opportunity to gain hands on experience with horses and riders. This is a great way for beginner riders to learn more about horses and for more experiences riders to further their skills and techniques. Due to COVID-19, each session will be limited to a maximum of 4 riders to prioritize safety. Smaller groups allows for more hands-on experience and more riding time tailored to each rider's level. Join us for a wonderful experience this summer filled with horses, friendships, fun, and more! We hope to see you at Harlequin this summer!
